This project is a two-storey residential building with a basement, developed through a complete set of architectural drawings from 1/200 to 1/1 scale. The design focuses on clear spatial organization, structural consistency, and integration of basic sustainability strategies such as solar energy use and water management systems. The project is developed as a fully coordinated architectural proposal from plan to detail.
The building is positioned centrally within the parcel, allowing for balanced open space on all sides. Entry and parking are organized along the main street edge, establishing a clear access hierarchy. Landscape elements are distributed to define outdoor use zones while maintaining permeability around the structure. The placement supports both functional access and spatial continuity within the site
The ground floor organizes the main living functions with a direct relationship to outdoor space. Circulation is structured through a central axis, connecting entrance, living area, and service spaces. The plan balances open and enclosed zones, ensuring functional clarity and efficient use of space.
The upper floor is defined by private functions, including bedrooms and supporting spaces. The layout follows the structural grid of the ground floor, maintaining vertical consistency. Open terrace areas extend the living space and provide environmental interaction.
The section reveals the vertical organization of the building, showing the relationship between basement, ground floor, and upper floor. It clarifies floor heights, structural layers, and material composition. The integration of the roof system and solar panels reflects basic environmental considerations. Wet areas are vertically aligned for technical efficiency
The elevations express a simple and controlled façade system based on regular openings and clear proportions. Material continuity and minimal articulation define the building envelope. The design avoids unnecessary complexity, focusing on clarity, repetition, and construction logic.
The detail drawing defines the construction logic of the stair and façade system, including material layers, insulation, and connections. It ensures buildability by resolving junctions between structural and finishing elements at a precise scale.
